Lawrence A. Helm

Larry Helm is a seasoned aerospace executive with more than three decades in civil space contracting, including 22 years at NASA Headquarters. He has held leadership roles shaping NASA programs in Launch Services, Commercial Crew and Cargo, Artemis, and Lunar Surface Systems. After NASA, Larry served as Director of Strategic Programs at BryceTech and continues to advise industry through executive and consulting roles. He co-chairs the PSC Vision Forum NASA Team, sits on the board of the Institute for Digital Environment Advancement, and holds a Master’s in Strategic Policy from The George Washington University.
